Fees & Work Credit
Membership dues and other club fees are paid in advance of each calendar quarter, and are as follows:
- Membership Dues $150/quarter
- Dry Storage (boat on trailer) $36/quarter
- Slip Rental $ 99/quarter
- Beach Storage (board boats) $36/quarter
All members have the opportunity to earn work credits to be applied toward membership dues in the year after they are earned.
Work hours credited to a membership during the Club’s work year calendar (Nov 1-Oct 31) will be used to reduce dues during the subsequent fiscal year (Jan 1-Dec 31). Work hours on approved projects will qualify for Self-help credits. It is the responsibility of the member to see that earned credit hours are recorded with the Work Credit Manager. Sheets for signing both in and out are available in the clubhouse, and should be used to record dates, hours worked, and nature of an activity.
Members who work will be allowed a deduction per hour worked from their dues liability, up to an annual maximum credit of 40 hours (regardless of extra hours worked in excess of 40). Members will receive one-fourth of their earned credit at each of the four billings on the following fiscal year.
