KSC Strategic Planning Workshop

KSC’s first Strategic Planning Workshop was a huge success! Brian Arnold, a new KSC provisional member, did a fantastic job of leading the 36 gathered KSC members through a day-long process of strategic planning. Working in small groups and then achieving consensus, the hard-working KSC members developed a Vision Statement for KSC, explored several strategies for moving toward that vision, and worked on preliminary action plans. This Workshop was a first step in achieving a prioritized long-range plan to guide KSC in the years to come. The entire membership will be receiving further information and opportunities to offer input as implementation strategies and action plans are further developed.
